February 23rd 2025 - Raid Tan Hill
We are pleased to announce that Raid Tan Hill will take place on February 23rd 2025
We need to make clear that we will be limiting some organisational aspects to the following;
1. We will provide a leaflet outlining the route and a sticker for those reaching Tan Hill.
2. Tan Hill will provide a pie and pea meal with vegetarian and meat options to be paid for individually at an incredible price of £9.95!
If you have been before please recognise that this is a stripped back version which retains the essential elements of the Raid. This will reduce the burden on our Leeds 2CV membership and make the event more sustainable.
Please notify us via the Facebook page or by email if you are intending to join us so we are aware of numbers
Itinerary
Gather at Hickory’s Smokehouse 8.30- 9.30 (some may choose to join us along the route or at Tan Hill)
Breakfast, tea and coffee will be available as normal from 9am.
10.30 Leave Hickory’s Smokehouse and follow route
11.30 - 11.45 Stop at Langstrothdale outside Hubberholme for photos
12.30 – 1.00 Stop at Hawes car park (we Phone Tan Hill to advise numbers and arrival)
1.30 Arrive Tan Hill, congregate in the Barn where the pie and peas will be available and indulge in convivial chat!
3.00 Depart Tan Hill
