Year: 1988 Colour: White Mileage: 59818 MOT to October 2024 This car was last on the road 15 years ago (see tax disc). It was kept in a barn, the chassis was rusted out and the car needed a complete restoration. This has been a labour of love for me. The first job was a replacement galvanised chassis, CMS (a local Citroen specialist) did all the welding, heel plate, floor, etc. (See photo). Wax oiled under body. Fitted new clutch and exhaust, with Burton exhaust clamps; new tyres on very good rims; new solid state coil fitted. Also serviced, fitted new plugs, points, air filter, changed engine oil and filter, and changed gear box oil. Greased king pins etc, suspension cans lubricated, Matt's soft top fitted. New petrol sender unit and petrol pipes fitted. Brakes, new disc pads and hand brake pads, rear stainless steel brake pipes fitted. Steering ball joints, greased nipples fitted. Mirror surrounds replaced. Seats refurbished, rubbers and sponge. Bumper and overriders refurbished with stainless steel nuts. Rick Pembro re-con gear box just fitted.
